Preprinted fileback sheets come with your choice of a Problem List or Medication Log printed directly onto the dividers. These fileback sheets are made with a strong 11pt manila stock and have pre-fixed 2 inch heat bonded fasteners attached. The preprinted fileback sheets also contain a clear laminated end tab with the title printed on it. The size including flap is 8-1/2” x 12-3/4”; but only 8-1/2” x 11” after being installed into your folder. Preprinted fileback dividers come packed 100 per box.
