Our 4-Post shelving unit is a traditional open shelf filing system. The single view unit, measuring 36" W x 12" D can be accessed from the front only. A double-view unit is also available in which 2 sets of files can be stored, one accessible from the front and the other accessed from behind. This type of unit measures 36" W x 24" D and features a center stop bar that keeps the two sets of files separated and helps hold them in place. Each shelving unit is made with heavy-duty steel and a scratch resistant powder coated finish. This sturdy construction enables you to file 34 inches of material weighing up to 275 pounds per shelf. Additional units can be ordered and added on as needed to create more filing space. 4-Post shelving units are available in tan or light gray colors.
