List the current order number, the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like to return, and the item number(s) of the product(s) you would like to order as an exchange / replacement.
Customers are responsible to return the product(s) via UPS Ground to the provided address and provide The Filing Supplies Shop with a tracking number to receive a refund on those items.
For this type of return, the restocking fee is waived.
